They say a picture is worth a thousand words, if that's true, then a video is probably worth a million words. If you've ever wandered how get a million worth of words, then maybe you should be thinking about video reviews.
Luckily, we have a solution for that. This article explains how to allows your customers to leave video reviews that would truly be worth a million words.
Enable attachment of videos to reviews
Attachment of videos is supported directly on products pages in WooCommerce and also on aggregated review forms (the ones that are created when sending review reminders). Currently, the plugin does not support upload of videos to reviews left directly on WooCommerce product pages.
Videos in Reviews on Product Pages
Please follow these steps to enable attachment of videos with reviews on products pages:
Visit the Reviews Settings page, i.e. Reviews > Settings and go to the Review Forms tab
Tick the 'Attach Images/Videos' checkbox to enable the attachment of pictures and videos on aggregated review forms
Done!

The exact steps to enable attachment of videos will depend on the type of license you have.
Free Version
If you're using the Basic review forms (the one on your WordPress dashboard), please follow these steps:
Visit the Reviews Settings page, i.e. Reviews > Settings and go to the Review Forms tab
Tick the 'Attach Media' checkbox to enable the attachment of pictures and videos on aggregated review forms
Done!
Pro Version
If you're using the Advanced reviews forms (the ones in your CusRev.com dashboard):
Navigate to the Form Editor page
Click on 'Review Form'
Click 'Add New Question'
- Choose 'Media'
Please note that attachment of media (photos or videos) is supported only for product-level reviews. At this moment, it is not possible to attach media files for store-level reviews.
