The plugin will NOT send automatic review reminders for old orders that were fulfilled before our plugin was installed. However, if necessary, review reminders for the old orders could be sent manually. Please make sure that you are legally permitted to send review invitations to old customers and then follow the steps from this support article: How to Manually Send Review Reminders?
