It is possible to add product images to emails templates of review reminders. The images will correspond to the products and/or services that a customer purchased. This feature is supported only in Advanced email templates (available in your account at cusrev.com). Unfortunately, it is not possible to add product images in Basic email templates.
The variable LIST PRODUCTS WITH PICS should be used to insert a placeholder that the system will replace with a list of product images corresponding to the customer order.
After the variable is added to the email template, it will be replaced with product images as shown on the screenshot below:
