If you use Trust Badges to showcase verified reviews and have recently changed domain of your store, you might notice that reviews disappear from Trust Badges. It could be a change of the main domain or just a new subdomain (e.g., www vs non-www versions of the store domain). All verified reviews are linked to a specific domain, so change of the domain resets counts of verified reviews.
The old reviews are not deleted. They are just not shown on Trust Badges issued for your new domain because the new domain doesn't match the domain associated with the old reviews. If you would like to transfer reviews from your old domain to the new domain, please submit a new support ticket. We will be happy to assist you with transfer of verified copies of reviews to the new domain of your store.
