You have activated and configured Trust Badges for your store. After receiving new reviews, the number of reviews and ratings shown on your Trust Badge does not update. This could be caused by the following reasons:

  • All Trust Badges are cached on our end and are updated once in 24 hours to improve performance. Please wait for 24 hours and check if the number of reviews on your Trust Badge has been updated.
  • You might be using a third-party plugin (e.g., Jetpack) that creates copies of all images on your site and serves them instead of original images. Since Jetpack shows their own copy of your Trust Badge, it never gets updated. To resolve this problem, please check settings of Jetpack (related to site performance) and configure an exception to prevent caching of your Trust Badge.
