The plugin was build to invite customers to reviews products bought in WooCommerce powered stores. However, not all stores sell products. In these cases, it is more reasonable to ask customers provide only store-level feedback without reviewing specific products.
The Pro version of the plugin offers the advanced review form editor that enables additional customization of the review forms. One of the options supported by the advanced editor is removal of product-related questions from the review forms. So, it is possible to create review forms that have only store-related questions.
