Deleting reviews from WordPress
You have the full control over reviews on your site. If you would like to delete a review, please use the Trash button on the Reviews page in the plugin's menu.
Deleting reviews from CusRev.com
If you enable the Independently verified option and opt in for publication of verified copies of all reviews on CusRev.com, the plugin will publish verified copies of reviews on CusRev.com in addition to saving them into your WooCommerce database. Verified copies of reviews published on CusRev.com cannot be deleted because it will compromise their authenticity and undermine trust.
Responding to reviews
You can also response to customer reviews and publish copies of your replies to CusRev.com. It is a great way to address negative reviews. Please refer to this solution for more information: How to Reply to Reviews.
