If you try to send more than one review invitation (reminder) per order, you might receive an error message "Error: only one review invitation per order is allowed".
Previously, we didn't set any limitations on the number of review invitations (reminders) that can be sent for an order. However, some stores sent too many review invitations and irritated customers to the point that they started marking emails from CusRev (Customer Reviews) as SPAM. Since our service sends all emails from a shared email address, we had to introduce a limit of one review invitation per order to protect the reputation and deliverability of emails sent by the CusRev plugin.
The limit doesn't apply to stores with Pro licenses because they have an option to use their own email address.
The limit also doesn't apply to stores with Free licenses that you use the "No verification" setting (Reviews > Settings > Review Reminder) because review invitation emails are sent via the default WordPress mailer.
